The project aims to strengthen local organisations supporting migrants across Europe to help migrants become more involved in their local communities. This will include training for managers and staff - managers will learn how to improve the organisation's activities and staff will be equipped with the skills to deliver training to strengthen migrants' autonomy and participation. Staff will then apply this knowledge to deliver training to migrants.
